General Rental Information
Hay Long Chapel is available to rent seven days a week, with the exception of some holidays. For full availability and a detailed breakdown of our prices, please reach out via our contact forms. Unless noted, the rental periods are from 10:00AM - 10:00PM.
Hourly rates are available with a two-hour minimum rental.

Requirements
In addition to the rental fees and any applicable taxes listed above, we have a few other fees and requirements.
Non-refundable save-the-date deposit
Refundable damage deposit
Signed contract
Licensed and insured caterer
Licensed and insured tent/rental companies
ABC licensed bartender for ALL served alcohol
Event Insurance of at least $1,000,000
Discounts + Bundles
Day-Before Booking
Add a 12:00PM-6:00PM Friday rental to any Saturday rental at the time of booking for $500.
This is a great option if you would like to host a bridal luncheon, rehearsal dinner, or simply have time to set up the day before.

10% off for immediate family in military (must have valid Id)
Pay in full discount
Pay in full for your event and receive 10% off (excludes hourly/custom packages)
